At your first visit to the surgery, we will require some personal details from you including details of any medical conditions you may suffer from. We will also ask you to complete a SMILE CHECK to see how we can help you.
We accept cash and most major credit cards and encourage patients to pay for treatment on the day they receive it.
The Guidepost Maintenance Plan allows us to implement a preventative programme of dental care, proven to be the best way of ensuring your long-term dental health. It will allow us to provide the very best in dental care for you and your family, using the most up to date treatments, the latest equipment and the very best dental materials.
Most importantly, it will allow you to budget for your dental care by paying a monthly fee of £14.80 plus an initial one-off joining fee of £10 this fee is paid to the company providing the support and insurance for the plan.
We also provide a Junior Maintenance Plan for children aged 5 - 18 years for a monthly fee of £4.15. Children under 5 who have a parent or guardian on a Guidepost Maintenance Plan will be seen free of charge.
Join our Independent Adult Maintenance Plan at £14.80 per month and receive the following benefits:
- Children under 5 included Free of Charge
- 2 exams, 2 scale and polish annually
- Any necessary x-rays
- Discounted rate for patients with less teeth

Join our Independent Junior Maintenance Plan at £4.15 per month and receive the following benefits:

- Supplementary Insurance for any dental injury
Maintenance Plan – Extra Care is £19.80 per month Our maintenance Plan Extra Care includes all the benefits of our maintenance plan but also includes: Two additional Prevention visits per year.
If you have 7 teeth or less please ask for details of our special reduced rates.
We also welcome patients who wish to be a ‘fee per item' private patient, and can offer dental emergency / injury insurance if required at £3.95 per month (optional).
