How to Register
Please feel free to call into the practice,telephone or email in order to register. This is free and is done by completing a simple form which will register you to our practice membership plan.
At your first visit to the surgery, we will require some personal details from you including details of any medical conditions you may suffer. We will also ask you to complete a SMILE CHECK to see how we can help you.
We accept cash and most major credit cards and encourage patients to pay for treatment on the day they receive it.
The Guidepost Membership Plan allows us to implement a preventative programme of dental care, proven to be the best way of ensuring your long-term dental health.
It will allow us to provide the very best in dental care for you and your family, using the most up to date treatments, the latest equipment and the very best dental materials.
Most importantly, it will allow you to budget for your dental care by paying a monthly fee of £14 plus an initial one-off joining fee of £10 this fee is paid to the company providing the support and insurance for the plan.
