I put off having my teeth done for years as I was really nervous about it. It was my best friends wedding that gave me the courage to go ahead as I was the best man. I decided to go to Guidepost Dental Practice and the care I received was second to none. I would advise anyone to attend and not to be scared. As the treatment I received was not bad at all and the confidence I have now is great, just being able to smile, it’s fantastic. It was worth every penny.

I am writing this as a thank you for the amazing work you have done on my teeth… Before I had my brace, I was extremely self conscious of my smile, but now after the treatment I'm full of confidence and cannot stop smiling. At first I was slightly nervous about getting my brace but after speaking to Richard and Katie I knew I had nothing to worry about. All in all I’m completely overwhelmed with the end result and I can’t thank you enough.

"Being of" a certain age I have over the years experienced both good and
bad dentistry, experience which often leave you feeling disappointed and
disinclined. However since joining your practice the treatment I have received has been outstanding. The practice has a very calming, courteous and friendly atmosphere, qualities which complement perfectly the first class professional services on offer. All stages of treatment are fully explained, Richard very patiently gives as much information as the patient require. The modern equipment, use of technology, skills and techniques used are way above anything I have experienced in the past. Richard and Holly have a fantastic working relationship they give a patient confidence and are reassuring at all stages, true professionalism. In my experience the attention to patient care does not stop with Richard and Holly, there is a real team effort and genuine all round willingness, all staff have been extremely helpful and very accommodating. My recent appointment with the Hygienist was the most thorough I hove ever had. The service I received in being fitted with dentures has been superb Alan is a credit to his profession and I shall have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

After attending other dental practices in the past, I now feel I have found a true home as far as my treatment goes. I am going through a difficult worrying time at the moment as regards to problems with my two dental bridges. Previous dental practices left me with no hope and limited advice on how to proceed and tackle my bridge problem which left me feeling flat. After meeting Richard, he gave me many more options and solutions which I never thought were possible, I had lost faith and feared the worst, but Richard talked me through the options openly. He has also been able to treat me using the best quality treatment and modern equipment while keeping the price sensible and affordable. His techniques during appointments are way above what I have been used to in the past and he explains everything in simple terms during the process and keeps the patient updated constantly. Not forgetting the staff and the dental assistants who come over very relaxed and friendly which makes me feel at home and not in a dental waiting room as such.
I could think of much better things to do than visit the dentist with a troublesome molar knowing the critter needs to be extracted.
I was most impressed by the welcoming environment and staff who greeted me at Mr. Fretwell’s practice. The reception area is clean and tidy and does not resemble the childhood memories of waiting in the dentists! The staff are cheerful, helpful, welcoming and professional. All this put me at ease before the tooth got it.
These molars are supposed to be stubborn and difficult to remove, however I have had longer check ups. The tooth was removed with pain free ease
I have since returned and had a specialist gum shied moulded by Mr. Fretwell that is not only perfect but is the talk of the fight club I run
I could not recommend Mr. Fretwell more highly.
